Market Share of Large Cars: 1990 Model (Human Activities Leading to Emissions)

The percentage of large cars in the total sales of light-duty vehicles with the model year 1990 is shown for the populated areas. Light-duty vehicles include all cars and light trucks. There is a significant spatial variation for the market share of large cars with the model year 1990 across Canada. The higher market shares appear mainly in three areas: southern Saskatchewan, southern Manitoba, and central and southern Ontario. British Columbia, southern Quebec and Newfoundland have very low market shares of this vehicle class.
