Novel Food Information - Herbicide Tolerant Maize Event VCO-Ø1981-5

Health Canada has notified Genective SA that it has no objection to the food use of Herbicide tolerant maize event VCO-Ø1981-5. The Department conducted a comprehensive assessment of this maize variety according to its Guidelines for the Safety Assessment of Novel Foods.
