This data set contains the results of moose aerial inventory surveys we collect each winter across parts of Ontario. These surveys are used to: * monitor moose populations * support moose harvest planning * inform natural resource policies The dataset contains information on: * survey year * survey location * survey type * survey precision * sampling effort * population size * herd composition Moose populations are estimated based on a sample of plots and are subject to statistical error.
