Departmental Performance Report (former DFAIT)

The Departmental Plan and Departmental Results Report (DRR) are prepared annually by all federal departments and agencies.

They are designed to reflect the government's citizen-focused agenda by identifying the benefits the department provides to Canadians and the real value derived for each taxpayer dollar spent.

DRRs are tabled in the fall, usually coinciding with the reopening of Parliament. The DRR describes the department's performance against the priorities listed in the previous Departmental Plan. DRF Indicator 4.1.1 is included in the report - Number of Canadians who use the department’s travel outreach products, including digital initiatives.

Prior to 2015-16 this report was called the Department Performance Report.
