This set includes the World Trade Organization protocol amending the Agreement on Government Procurement, WIPO treaties on copyright and on performances and phonograms, the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants, and the Additional Protocols I and II to the Geneva Conventions relating to the protection of victims of armed conflicts, accompanied by Canada’s reservations and interpretive statements.
