A comprehensive compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Kingdom of the Netherlands spanning employment, defence cooperation, justice, taxation, and air transport. This set includes an exchange of letters permitting dependents of diplomatic, consular, and mission staff to undertake remunerative employment; defence exchanges of notes concerning Canada’s use of Netherlands facilities as a staging base and replacing the 1986 agreement on the training of Netherlands armed forces in Canada; a mutual legal assistance treaty supporting cooperation in criminal matters; multiple protocols amending the bilateral taxation convention; a bilateral air transport agreement with annex; and an exchange of notes governing the operation of non‑scheduled (charter) flights.
