Complaints received by the Consumer Protection Office

The Office of Consumer Protection has the mandate to receive complaints from consumers about merchants. These complaints were analyzed summarily and relate to non-compliance with a provision of a law that is monitored by the Agency. However, these are unverified claims. They could be subject to more thorough checks if surveillance activities are aimed at this merchant.
