Nova Scotia Minimum Wage

Provincial regulations establish the province’s minimum wage. Minimum wage is the lowest legal wage employers can pay their employees. This dataset includes hourly minimum wage rates in Nova Scotia dating back to 1965; weekly rates that were set between 1958 and before February 20, 1965 are not included. Employers, employees, and the public request minimum wage data, including in relation to historical rates - this dataset shows the changes overtime.
