2024 Annual Report of the Minister of Public Safety Concerning Criminal Code sections 83.031 to 83.0391: A Regime to Authorize Certain Activities in a Geographic Area that is Controlled by a Terrorist Group

The 2024 Annual Report covers the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The Report takes stock of the operations of the Authorization Regime in 2024, identifies the number of applications for authorizations made, approved, and refused, and outlines the path forward to support the ongoing administration of the Regime.
