Electric transmission lines

Geometric and conventional representation of electrical transmission lines for planning purposes.

Geospatial data from power lines represents only the core infrastructure and is structured according to the following layers of information:

  • CARTO-SER-ELECTRICITY: A concrete base on which a structure used to support high-voltage electrical cables is based.
  • Carto-Ser-Ele-Tel-Aerien: suspended electrical cable. Symbolic representation, from center pylon to center pylon.
