This Information Management Strategic Plan for Shared Services Canada (SSC) aims to establish a fresh and progressive approach to the department’s Information Management (IM) Program for the next 3 years (2020-2023). The nature of this approach will focus on business needs, respond to the department’s priorities, and drive government-wide strategic direction and digital approaches. This will all be done while ensuring that SSC is compliant with Government of Canada policies and directives for IM, using agile principles whenever possible. The intent, is to make adjustments based on what we’ve learned from our past, to ensure the continued success of the IM Program.
