This set of labour agreements highlights Canada’s participation in key International Labour Organization (ILO) instruments. It includes the amendment to the ILO Constitution and conventions related to asbestos safety, minimum standards in merchant shipping, labour statistics, the elimination of the worst forms of child labour, and the protection of the right to organize and bargain collectively.
