Notices of Defect

This file is produced by the Transportation Division of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). It contains basic information summarizing notices of defect and other company notifications submitted to ECCC.

The purpose of the file is to disseminate information pertaining to emission-related issues on vehicles, vessels, and engines. It does do not imply any position on the part of ECCC with regard to these notices of defect and other company notifications.

Please note that some details may not have been made available by the companies at the time of their submissions. If this is the case, certain fields will appear blank. Incomplete entries will be updated once the information becomes available.
