Food Microbiology - Targeted Surveys - Final Report - Viruses in Imported Frozen Scallops - April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency tested 229 samples of imported frozen scallops for the presence of Hepatitis A virus and Norovirus GI and GII. All samples tested were found to be satisfactory.
