The Canada Water Agency (CWA) is pleased to present to Parliament its first annual report outlining its Access to Information Act activities during the reporting period of October 15th, 2024 (the day the CWA became a standalone entity) to March 31st, 2025. This report is submitted in accordance with section 20 of the Service Fees Act and section 94 of the ATIA, which requires every head of a federal government institution to report to Parliament on the administration of the Act within their institution during the reporting period.
