A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Hellenic Republic in the areas of justice and air transport. This set includes an extradition treaty establishing the framework for the surrender of persons between the two countries, an air transport agreement with annex governing commercial aviation services, and a mutual legal assistance treaty supporting cooperation in criminal investigations, prosecutions, and related judicial proceedings.
