Tariff Preference Level Exports of Wool and Cotton or Man-Made Fibre Apparel Goods, Cotton or Man-Made Fibre Fabrics and Made-Up Goods, and Cotton or Man-Made Fibre Spun Yarn to Mexico under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement

This Notice sets out the policies and practices pertaining to the administration of tariff preference level (TPL) goods for import from the United States and Mexico under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) including: 1) wool and cotton or man-made fibre apparel; 2) cotton or man-made fibre fabrics and made-up goods; and 3) cotton or man-made fibre spun yarn.
