Multi-country assessment of the effects of trap height and color on detection of bark beetles and woodboring beetles potentially moved in solid wood packaging

This dataset contains count data of the number of specimens of various species of bark- and wood boring beetles in the families Buprestidae, Cerambycidae, Disteniidae, and Curculionidae: Scolytinae, captured in survey traps of different colors (black, green or purple) placed in the forest canopy or understory at four different sites (Canada, USA, Poland, China).
