A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and Sweden in the areas of justice, social protection, and taxation. This set includes an extradition treaty establishing the framework for the surrender of persons between the two countries, a mutual legal assistance treaty supporting cooperation in criminal investigations and prosecutions, a social security agreement coordinating the countries’ social security systems, and a taxation convention aimed at avoiding double taxation and preventing fiscal evasion with respect to income.
