Food Microbiology - Targeted Surveys - Final Report - Bacterial Pathogens in Flavoured Butter - April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019

​​A targeted survey analysed 58 samples of flavoured butter for the bacterial pathogens Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and generic E. coli. All samples tested were free of bacterial pathogens.
