A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Republic of Kenya in the areas of taxation and judicial cooperation. This set includes a taxation agreement with protocol aimed at avoiding double taxation and preventing fiscal evasion, as well as a mutual legal assistance agreement concerning the sharing of proceeds from forfeited or confiscated assets and equivalent funds.
