Invest in Canada REPORT ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT

In accordance with subsection 94(2) of the Access to Information Act, subsection 72(2) of the Privacy Act and section 20 of the Service Fees Act, institutions are required to table an Annual Report on the administration of each Act in both the House of Commons and the Senate covering the reporting period of April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025 (regardless of the institution’s financial year).
