Survey on the use and publication of open data in Quebec

This study was conducted in 2015 by CEFRIO, the Center facilitating research and innovation in organizations using information and communications technologies. It was a measure of the use of open data in Quebec. More specifically, the survey focused on the use and publication of open data in ministries, public agencies, and municipalities. Attached are the questionnaire that was used to conduct the survey, as well as the answers to the open data questions.
