English: Contained within the 4th Edition (1974) of the Atlas of Canada is a set of four maps. The first map shows the value, by census division, of forest product farms for 1960 to 1961. The second map shows the value, by census division, for Prairie Farm Assistance Act payments, Government acreage payments, crop insurance and other similar farm receipts. The third map shows, by census division, the market value for 1961 of lands and buildings being used for agricultural purposes. The fourth map shows, by census division, the market value for 1961 of machinery and equipment used for agricultural purposes combined with the average farm values of livestock and poultry for 1961. Each map is accompanied by a supplementary text summary providing total values for Canada, the provinces and the territories.
