Average monthly payments for new Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability beneficiaries by age group, gender and calendar year ($)

The Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefit is a monthly payment made to eligible CPP contributors who are unable to work regularly at any job because of a severe and prolonged disability. This dataset provides information on the average monthly amount paid to new CPP disability beneficiaries during a calendar year, from 2010 to 2025. Data are disaggregated by age group and gender. Payments made under international agreements on social security are not included.
