2012 Resident Satisfaction Survey (archived)

The City of Montreal wanted to conduct a study in order to better understand the perception of Montreal citizens with regard to the various municipal services. This approach is part of the City of Montreal's desire to establish a periodic measurement of satisfaction in order to include the citizen's point of view on an ongoing basis in the decision-making process. In this context, the City of Montreal mandated SOM to carry out the fall 2012 satisfaction measurement.

Recent versions of satisfaction surveys (standardized approach) are available in the following two sets:

[Satisfaction survey among businesses with respect to City of Montreal services] (/city-of-montreal/business-satisfaction-survey)

[Survey of satisfaction of citizens with respect to City of Montreal services] (/city-of-montreal/citizen-satisfaction-survey)
