The 2022 Student Exit Survey was administered by the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. The 2022 Student Exit Survey measured student employees’ opinions in relation to recruitment and onboarding, workplace experience, future employment in the federal public service and workplace well-being.
The 2022 Student Exit Survey was conducted from August 2 to September 16, 2022. A total of 6,324 students in 74 federal departments and agencies responded to the 2022 Student Exit Survey.
The 2022 Student Exit Survey dataset contains the results of the survey by year (2022, 2021, 2020, 2019 and 2018) for the Public Service and departments/agencies, and the results broken down by demographic characteristics (e.g., age, gender). Results for 2021, 2020, 2019 and 2018 are only provided for questions repeated in the 2022 Student Exit Survey.
