A comprehensive compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Republic of Korea covering air transport, trade, defence, judicial cooperation, taxation, social security, science and technology, and specialized industrial collaboration. This set includes an air transport agreement and related exchanges of notes—including amendments to the 1989 air services agreement and arrangements on capacity—along with the Canada–Korea Free Trade Agreement and associated explanatory summaries. It also comprises a production agreement for the Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Model 427, an extradition treaty, a mutual legal assistance treaty, an agreement on the procurement of telecommunications equipment with annexes, an exchange of notes concerning the transfer of tritium items for the Wolsong Tritium Removal Facility, a defence agreement on the exchange and protection of classified military information, a social security agreement with protocol, a customs cooperation agreement, and a science, technology, and innovation cooperation agreement supporting joint research and development.
