A comprehensive compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the People’s Republic of China across multiple sectors. This set includes agreements on the promotion and protection of investments, film and audiovisual coproduction, cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters, social security coordination, consular relations, and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters. It also comprises a taxation agreement with protocol, nuclear cooperation arrangements with annexes, an air transport protocol amending the bilateral air services agreement, a cultural cooperation agreement, and exchanges of notes relating to trade matters. Together, these instruments support cooperation in economic relations, justice, social protection, culture, transportation, and scientific and nuclear collaboration.
