Compliance Activities

The following report is based on Compliance Verification Activities (CVAs) conducted by Canada Energy Regulator (CER) Staff, including Inspection Officers. CER Staff conduct a variety of CVAs, including Inspections, Audits, Compliance Meetings, Emergency Response Exercise Evaluations, and document reviews. The report includes multiple data points relating to the CVA, including but not limited to, the type, date, company and location of the CVA. The report also includes data regarding observations made and any compliance tools used.
