Businesses that do not comply with the francization process

Article 22 of the [government policy on the employment and quality of the French language in the administration] (https://cdn-contenu.quebec.ca/cdn-contenu/adm/min/justice/publications-adm/spvlf/politique-gouvernementale-langue-francaise.pdf) provides that: “The Administration does not grant a contract, subsidy, or benefit, regardless of their value, to an enterprise subject to articles 135 to 154 of the [Charter] (http://www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca/fr/ShowDoc/cs/c-11), to an enterprise subject to articles 135 to 154 of the [Charter] (), if this enterprise does not have a registration certificate, or if it does not have not provided, within the prescribed period, an analysis of its linguistic situation, or if it does not have a program application certificate or a francization certificate, or if its name appears on the List of enterprises that do not comply with the francization process published on the website of the Office Québecois de la langue française. The documents submitted to the company for these purposes, in particular the call for tenders, refer to this requirement.”
