Supply Chain Regulatory Review Consultation

Coordinated by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS), the Supply Chain Regulatory Review examines where improvements to regulations or regulatory practices can support efficient and resilient supply chains in Canada.

To inform the Review, TBS launched an online, public consultation in November 2023 to February 2024 and focused on three key themes: 1) Border operations; 2) Critical minerals; and 3) Transportation.
