AS-471 — Annual financial reports for health and social services institutions

According to the Act Respecting Health Services and Social Services (articles 295 and 395), health and social services institutions, no later than June 30 of each year, must send to the Ministère de la Santé et des Services Sociaux (MSSS) their annual financial report for the past fiscal year.
