Dataset contains the: * date that MCYS was notified of the breach by the Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC) * manner in which the breach occurred * date MCYS received notification that IPC's file had been closed In 2014, privacy breaches in this ministry involved disclosure (and not use or collection) of personal information.
