The purpose of these presentations to the Human Resources (HR) and Pay Sponsoring Group is to provide an update on operational pay activities, including key accomplishments, challenges, risks, and issues for each fiscal quarter.
The Sponsoring Group is a decisional governance body in support to the Business and Policy Owner, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat – Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (TBS-OCHRO) and the Project Sponsor and Service Delivery Lead, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) for the Enterprise Integrated Strategy on HR and Pay (the Strategy). The Strategy uses a holistic approach to HR and Pay that will address current and future challenges.
The Sponsoring Group is a decision-making authority that will seek advice, recommendation and endorsement by the Business and Policy Owner (TBS-OCHRO) and the Project Sponsor and Service Delivery Lead (PSPC) and senior accountable executives for the Strategy. Sponsoring Group meetings are held every two weeks.
