Canadian Cannabis Survey (CCS) 2023 Public Use Microdata File (PUMF)

The 2023 Canadian Cannabis Survey (CCS) recruited people aged 16 years and older living in all Canadian provinces and territories. Respondents completed a survey on patterns of cannabis use for medical and non-medical purposes, as well as their knowledge, attitudes and behaviours towards cannabis use. A total of 11,690 respondents completed online surveys between May 2 and July 20, 2023. Summary results are available here: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-medication/cannabis/research-data/canadian-cannabis-survey-2023-summary.html

The Office Cannabis Science and Surveillance releases the PUMF for CCS 2023 to allow researchers, provincial governments and others to conduct their own analyses of this important data.
