This group of aviation agreements relates to the Warsaw Convention and its subsequent instruments governing international carriage by air. Together, the Convention Supplementary to the Warsaw Convention and Montreal Protocol No. 4 establish and modernize uniform rules on carrier liability, documentation, and the transport of passengers, baggage, and cargo. These instruments support legal certainty, safety, and harmonization in international civil aviation.
