Convicted offenders - health, maintenance and housing security

This data set shows the list of offenders convicted for offences under the Regulation Respecting Health, Maintenance and Security of Housing (RVM 03-096), following statements of violation issued by the Health Division of the Housing Department.

Note that the convictions issued by the boroughs under the same by-law are not part of this set.
