A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the areas of nuclear energy cooperation and taxation. This set includes an agreement on cooperation in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, establishing a framework for scientific, technical, and regulatory collaboration, as well as a taxation convention with protocol aimed at avoiding double taxation and preventing fiscal evasion with respect to income and capital.
