Consolidated federal Acts and regulations –Bulk XML (PIT (Point in time))

The bulk XML PIT files for all consolidated federal Acts and Regulations is a collection of point in time XML files found on the Justice Laws Website. Point in Time data for the Acts is from January 1, 2003 and March 22, 2006 for the Regulations.
