To study physicochemical parameters, we take samples using a polyethylene bucket, which we transfer into containers designed for this purpose. Samples are stored on ice and then transported as soon as possible to the laboratory for analysis. In the field, using a probe, we measure the following parameters: pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, and conductivity.
