Skating rinks — history of conditions

History of outdoor skating rink conditions since 2002.

Gradually since the winter of 2001-2002, data on skating rink conditions have been recorded by district foremen. Until the winter of 2010-2011, only the districts corresponding to the delimitation of the former districts contributed to this database. Since the winter of 2011-2012, other boroughs have contributed to this.
