Horizontal Evaluation of the Canadian Police Arrangement - International Police Peacekeeping and Peace Operations Program - Evaluation Report

The objective of the evaluation was to examine the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the CPA-IPP program in accordance with the Treasury Board Policy on Results. The evaluation included CPA-IPP program activities undertaken by CPA partners – RCMP, GAC, and PS – between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2025 (five years).
