This document is an introduction to Canada’s latest foreign policy review. It describes current challenges and opportunities, explains Canada’s approach, and summarizes the government’s plan to revitalize continental relations, build a more secure world, increase global prosperity, and contribute to human rights and international development. Includes a chapter describing the exigencies of modern multilateralism and diplomacy.
