Percentage of translation and interpretation services that comply with established quality standards

The information contained in this dataset is used to assess the quality of two of the linguistic services provided by the Translation Bureau:

• Translation services

• Interpretation services

Note: The information from this dataset is combined with that of a complementary dataset entitled Percentage of terminology services that comply with established quality standards to evaluate the Departmental Results Report (DRR) indicator "Percentage of linguistic services that comply with current quality standards". An explanation of how this DRR indicator is calculated is provided in the supporting documentation, along with a description of each of the main categories of linguistic services provided by the Translation Bureau overall.
