Inventory of greenhouse gas emissions in Quebec

The inventory of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions produced by human activity in Quebec has been kept up to date annually since 1990 by the Ministry of the Environment, the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks. This inventory is based on data collected from businesses and institutions, as well as from data obtained mainly from Statistics Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada as well as several Quebec departments and agencies. This dataset shows Quebec's GHG emissions from the most recent inventory, by sector and sub-sector by year since 1990. This inventory is available on this page: http://www.environnement.gouv.qc.ca/changements/ges/index.htm. Data are presented in separate files: * Total emissions by category; * Total emissions by category and gas; * Emissions or removals by sub-sector of the Land Use, Land Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) sector.
