Accountability for pay is shared across the HR-to-Pay landscape, involving client departments’ HR and Finance functions as well as PSPC’s Pay functions. By consequence, accountability for addressing pay issues is shared across organizations (departments and agencies, TBS, PSPC). This metric represents transactions received by the pay system specifically, following HR processing (sending) the information to the pay system. More specifically, HR personnel enters the information into their respective HR system and information is received by Phoenix.
