A collection of multilateral environmental instruments related to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. This set includes the headquarters agreement between Canada and the Multilateral Fund governing its establishment and operations in Canada, the Montreal Protocol itself, and a series of amendments and adjustments adopted under the Protocol to strengthen controls on ozone‑depleting substances.
