Food Microbiology - Targeted Surveys - Final Report - Parasites in Fresh Whole Mushrooms - April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017

​A targeted survey analysed 483 samples of fresh mushrooms for the presence of DNA from the following enteric parasites of concern: Cyclospora, Cryptosporidium, Toxoplasma, and Giardia. All 483 samples were found to be free of parasite DNA.
