Number of employees facing potential pay inaccuracies at the Pay Centre

Certain types of cases are known to affect pay accuracy and have financial impacts on pay if they are not processed on time. Outstanding transactions, also known as cases in the backlog, are cases that are still unprocessed by the Pay Centre more than 45 days past their service standards. Such cases, when they have a financial impact on pay, generate pay inaccuracies unless the case is partially processed to address the financial portion. Any employee with such a type of case in the backlog is almost certain to be paid inaccurately.

This dataset represents the count of individual employees with cases having financial impacts in the backlog. Data will include only employees from departments and agencies served by the Pay Centre.
